Joining: Joining any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries, of which this program is one, must comply with the Terms Of Service as herein stated. Any person above 18 years is eligible to become a member of any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries. Once the user has complied with membership requirements, submitted the membership form and, he/she becomes a member of any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries and gets own account. Fraud: Fraudulent use of this website may make you subject to civil or criminal sanctions. Members must provide any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.

Membership Restrictions: No member may -

..........2. Use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person;

..........3. Use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.

Additional Contact: By signing up for the any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries' program, each member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from any of any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account at anytime. If you cancel your account, you will lose ALL membership privileges as -well-as ACCRUED earnings.

Tracking Authorization: Paradigm Ministries International's and/or its subsidiaries reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.

Member Conduct: Members AGREE not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Members AGREE not to attempt to earn through programs other than legitimate channels authorized by any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries. Members AGREE not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.

Paradigm Ministries International's and/or subsidiaries shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision Paradigm Ministries International's and/or subsidiaries makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.

Compliance: Member's discontinued participation in any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries program or failure to notify any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of membership.

Spam: Members may not promote any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries or its products, nor use any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries' name, trade names, logos, or copyrighted material. Paradigm Ministries International's and/or its subsidiaries does not allow the use of "spam" or unsolicited emails to advertise its services, and Paradigm Ministries International's and/or its subsidiaries may terminate a Member's status without compensation if this type of advertising is used

Slander/Libel: Members may not make false or misleading statements about any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries, its product, or the opportunity. False statements include but are not limited to income guarantees and promises of income in exchange for no effort. Members may not reveal confidential or proprietary financial information about any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries without written consent of an officer of any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries. Members may not knowingly solicit a any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries member for another business/income opportunity unless the person being solicited is a personally sponsored member. Violators may be removed from any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries at its sole discretion.

Genealogy: Members may access genealogy from the online Member area. Any misuse of this feature will result in the IMMEDIATE termination of the Member's status and forfeiture of any future commissions.

Business Conduct: Members must conduct business any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries and act in any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries best interest at all times. Any public posting or expression of statements not in any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries' best interest will result in termination of membership, without exception.

Payments/Rewards: Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries expressly reserves the right to alter or amend reward amounts, Policies and Procedures, product availability and compensation plan. Such amendments are automatically incorporated as part of the agreement between any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries and the Member.

Program Security: For the good of the entire membership and the well-being of the program, if any member mentions the words lawyer, attorney, attorney general, police, SEC, FTC, FBI or any other potential threats to any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries, management reserves the right to remove them from the program IMMEDIATELY and close their account(s) without refund and without further negotiation.

Involuntary Membership Termination: Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries reserve the right to TERMINATE the status of a Member at any time for cause when it is determined that said Member has violated the provisions of these policies as they may be amended or the provisions of applicable laws and standards of fair dealing. Such terminations shall be made by buy any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries at its discretion. Upon a termination, any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries shall notify the Member by email at the latest email address listed with any of Paradigm Ministries International and/or its subsidiaries. In the event of termination, the terminated Member agrees to immediately cease representing him/herself as a Member.
